Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms apply when you use this website and when you enroll in Patty Studios Academy™.
Enrollment gives you access to Patty Studios Academy™, a 6-month education, mentorship and community experience. Your enrollment includes the core curriculum, LIVE training, group mentorship, the private Academy community, templates and resources, accountability and implementation guidance, and travel and global opportunity education.
You are buying access to a program of education. You are not buying a business, a job, a client, a visa, a placement, or a guaranteed outcome of any kind.
Enrollment is limited and subject to eligibility. We may decline or reverse an enrollment where the program is clearly not a fit, where information given at enrollment is false, or where payment cannot be verified. If we decline your enrollment, your payment is returned in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll on your own behalf. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must enroll for you and accepts these terms with you.
The ₱25,000 payment secures your slot in the Digital CEO Accelerator. Because the intake is limited, and because preparation, access, materials and resources are allocated as soon as an enrollment is confirmed, payments are generally non-refundable once you have been officially enrolled and given access to the program.
An exceptional refund request is reviewed and approved by Patty Studios Academy™ on a case-by-case basis before any processing. Send it to pattystudiosacademy@gmail.com.
Separately, and regardless of the above: if we decline or reverse your enrollment, your payment is returned in full. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
Patty Studios Academy™ provides business education, mentorship, training, community, frameworks, and opportunity development. Income, revenue, customers, employment, scholarships, remote work, hosted travel, flights, sponsorships, brand partnerships, visas, immigration outcomes and international opportunities are not guaranteed.
Results vary based on skills, experience, market conditions, business model, offer quality, execution, consistency, portfolio quality, audience, eligibility, partner requirements and other circumstances. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of your outcome.
Nothing in the Academy or on this website is legal, financial, tax, medical or immigration advice.
Where the Academy provides education, preparation, guidance or connections relating to study, work, scholarships, credentialing or travel abroad, those are educational and preparatory services only. Admission, employment, scholarships, licensure, visas and immigration outcomes are decided by institutions, employers, governments and regulatory bodies — never by us.
We may adjust the schedule, the order of the curriculum, the platform used, or a specific session, provided the substance of what you enrolled for is delivered over the 6 months.
These terms may change. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force on the day you enrolled, and we will tell you if something material changes during your program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
